This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Web Solutions CR Facebook / Meta applications and related automation (including n8n workflows that post to Facebook Pages).
Meta requires apps to provide a way for users to request deletion of their data. We fulfill that requirement through the process below.
1. What data may be stored
Depending on how the app or automation was used, we may store:
- Facebook Page ID and Page name
- Page access tokens used for publishing
- Identifiers of posts created by our automation
- Operational logs (success/failure of posts)
- Imported insights/metrics for reporting (when enabled)
- Contact details you submitted to us separately (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to:
Include:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your full name
- The Facebook Page name and/or Page ID (if known)
- The email or Facebook user ID associated with the connection (if known)
- A brief description of what you want deleted
You may also message us on WhatsApp at +506 8806 1829, but email is preferred so we have a written record.
3. What we will do
- Verify the request (we may ask you to confirm ownership of the Page or account)
- Revoke or invalidate stored Page access tokens related to your connection
- Delete or anonymize stored personal data and connection records we control
- Remove automation credentials that publish to your Page
- Confirm completion by email
4. Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Most requests are handled sooner.
5. Data we may retain
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices, tax records)
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you
- Content already published on Facebook remains under Meta’s control; delete those posts directly on Facebook if needed
6. Disconnect without full deletion
You can also remove our app’s access from Facebook without emailing us:
- Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings
- Open Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations)
- Remove the Web Solutions CR / related app
After disconnecting, please still email us if you want stored tokens and logs deleted from our servers.
