These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Web Solutions CR websites, tools, Facebook / Meta applications, and automation services (including n8n-based Facebook posting). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider

2. Services
Depending on what you use or purchase, services may include:
- Web design, development, and hosting-related work
- Marketing and social media automation
- Facebook / Meta app integrations that publish or manage Page content
- n8n workflows that post to Facebook Pages from product or content databases
3. Accounts and authorization
- You must have authority to connect any Facebook Page or Meta asset you authorize
- You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for revoking access when no longer needed
- You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Community Standards, and advertising policies
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Publish illegal, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content
- Spam, harass, or violate Meta or other platform rules
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data
- Interfere with automation reliability or security
5. Content ownership
- You retain ownership of content you supply for posting or website projects
- You grant us a limited license to process and publish that content as needed to provide the service
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom website code delivered under a paid project is owned by the client after full payment
6. Automation disclaimer
Automated posting depends on third-party APIs (including Meta), hosting availability, and valid tokens. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing, exact timing, or platform reach. Meta may change APIs, rate limits, or permissions at any time.
7. Fees and projects
Paid work is governed by the proposal, invoice, or written agreement for that project. Unless stated otherwise, website project fees are one-time for the agreed scope. Hosting or maintenance fees, if any, are billed as separately agreed.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions for Facebook app users are at /data-deletion.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Solutions CR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of our services or from Meta platform outages. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the prior 3 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable law. You may disconnect Facebook authorizations at any time via Facebook settings and request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Courts located in Costa Rica shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
