This Privacy Policy explains how Web Solutions CR (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website websolutions.work, our Facebook / Meta applications, and related automation tools (including n8n workflows that publish content to Facebook Pages).
1. Who we are

2. Scope
This policy covers:
- Our public website and contact forms
- Facebook / Meta apps used to manage or publish content on Facebook Pages we operate or that clients authorize
- Automation systems (n8n) that read from our databases and publish posts to Facebook via the Graph API
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Name, email, phone/WhatsApp, and message content when you contact us
- Business details shared for project proposals or support
3.2 Facebook / Meta platform data
When a Facebook Page is connected to our apps or automation, we may process:
- Page ID, Page name, and Page access tokens (to publish and manage posts)
- Content of posts we create or schedule (text, images, links)
- Post IDs and basic engagement metrics (impressions, clicks, reach) when imported for reporting
- Account identifiers required by Meta to authenticate API calls
We do not request or store private messages from personal Facebook profiles unless a separate product explicitly states otherwise and you authorize it.
3.3 Technical data
- IP address, browser type, and basic server logs for security and reliability
- Session identifiers for authenticated admin areas of our own tools
4. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver contracted services
- To publish, schedule, and manage Facebook Page posts through authorized automation (n8n + Meta Graph API)
- To store operational logs (e.g. post success/failure) for debugging and client reporting
- To improve reliability and security of our systems
- To comply with Meta Platform Terms and applicable law
5. Legal bases
We process data based on: (a) your consent when connecting a Page or submitting a form; (b) performance of a contract for clients who hire us; (c) legitimate interests in operating secure automation and business communications; and (d) legal obligations where applicable.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — as required to use Facebook Graph API features you authorize
- Hosting / infrastructure providers (e.g. Hostinger, Railway for n8n) that process data under our instructions
- Service providers strictly needed to operate email, databases, or monitoring
- Authorities if required by law
7. Retention
- Contact inquiries: kept as needed for sales/support follow-up, then deleted or archived
- Page tokens and automation credentials: retained while the integration remains active; revoked and removed when disconnected
- Post logs and ad/insights imports: retained for reporting unless you request earlier deletion
8. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and restricted database access on our hosting environment. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk reasonably.
9. Your rights

10. Children’s privacy
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the age required by local law).
11. International transfers
Data may be processed in Costa Rica and on servers operated by our infrastructure providers in other countries. By using our services, you acknowledge that transfers may occur as needed to operate the service.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish revisions.
